Two months ago at the Conference on World Affairs at the University of Colorado Boulder. I was just stating the obvious. Something we could all see. In the past week, Lorenzo Salgado Araujo was murdered by ICE in Houston, TX and Joan Sebastian Guerrero was murdered by ICE in Biddeford, Maine.
