I make commentary on wellness influencers. I’ve been called a bully, a bitch, mentally unwell, a stalker, a sheep and a demon. But one thing I’ve never been called is a liar.

Wellness girlie in a Social Determinants of Health way and not in a butt coffee way.

Me? A trad wife?

Holistic health includes Social Determinants of Health. But wellness influencers aren’t ready for that conversation.

Parents using their children’s health to sell various supplements and courses is unfortunately disgustingly common in the wellness space.

Did you see this viral video between a daughter and her mother with Alzheimer’s? It’s probably not as wholesome as you thought. Wellness influencer marketing strikes again and it’s BAD BAD.
