AI often cites outdated source and present it as fact. I wonder if this can be solved somehow. Honestly I feel Google AI mode is a bit worse lately. I should go back to Perplexity and give it another try.
Just gave PastePal a try. I was looking for an alternative to Paste (Legacy version) because I can't drag and drop image in clipboard as a file. PastePal does support that but it treats it as a "move" instead of a copy so the image is deleted from your history in PastePal 💀

Oh god the discussion in Vancouver is going to be so stupid from all sides. “11 AI agents” is meaningless as a phrase. If I said “I have 11 spreadsheets” or “I have 11 browser tabs” to do my work, it means about the same thing.

Chatgpt notification is weird. The Android app notifies you of responses to your chats on desktop/web but not chats sent in the app itself. And the web app doesn't do notification; you have to install the less full-featured mac app. Claude in comparison is much more reliable in notification.

Jim Nielsen@jim-nielsen.com · 5mo agoThis happens to me all the time in macOS Tahoe where going from dark -> light mode overnight (auto) makes a bunch of the UI get stuck in dark mode. This happen to anybody else?
I have the same feeling when companies like Samsung and Google put generative AI in their cameras. Why would I want that? I want a camera, not a dream machine.

Passkey is so nice. Just scan a qr code and you can login with a passkey from another device.
Tab groups is probably the best browser feature in the last couple of years. So simple yet so useful.
