Don’t let ‘cringe’ steal the joy of something you created. Make it. Make it self indulgent. Make it for yourself, no matter how corny or cliche someone tells you your fave device or trope is. If it’s something you want to write (or read) then that’s a good enough reason to write it.

a fun fact I've shared here and there: Tierfal was the last name of one of the MCs of the epic fantasy trilogy I started when I was 12 (although I didn't give any of them last names until later. because I was 12.) and I thought it would make a cool username 😂 I like that she lives on that way 🫶
