Happy Year of the Snake!

❄️Winter Wonder❄️ Not a snowflake has been seen in the lowlands here in western Washington yet this year, but I’ve been painting them nonetheless 🌨️ I’ve been painting some more mammals in preparation for a couple of wildlife conferences I’ll be attending next month!

First post! One of my favorite things is doing teeny tiny sketches while sitting outside. I hope to share more of these from lots of beautiful places this year 🌞 This one includes a Gila Woodpecker on a Mexican Giant Cactus. My Art Toolkit mini watercolor palette is pictured to the left 🎨
