In many ways, I am not surprised that it is the food writing world that understands that AI is shit. People who cook enjoy slow processes (even quickly assembled dishes rely upon things like quality ingredients). Also, cooking is applied science that is tested every time we make a dish.

It is crazy that I was bang on about the Subprime AI Crisis years ago. They’re all subsidized and they’re going to have to start doing token-based. Once Microsoft makes it the norm I think you see others make the jump and then see the true value of AI
