Heart echo came back with not great results, ejection fraction was already low and dropped another 5% in the last year. hoping it’s only a temporary but recoverable setback due to the generic medications fiasco bringing all my symptoms back but it’s impossible to know for sure right now.

Has anyone (or a friend/family member) had a negative experience with the Entresto generics (Sacubitril/Valsartan), my insurance forced me onto the generics recently and all of my more severe heart failure symptoms have immediately crept back in some way and my resting pulse has skyrocketed on them.
