Last estimate I heard had for the size of D&D's business is at around a ~$400M. The Coastal Wizard's latest SEC filing basically confirms it. MTG + D&D + Digital: approx $2.2B MTG is now a $1.7B business 🤑 leftover $500B split across D&D and other digital products (Monopoly GO, etc)

At least half the stuff I've bought in the store were because of those info cards answering some basic questions, like number of players and typical game length.

I think the way I'll approach this is just to share on what's working and what's not working. The number one tip I have is to learn how to present your games to different audiences, especially people who have never heard of a "TTRPG" or even a "roleplaying game." There's lots of them.

Most people in the industry still don't understand the scale at which the shop operates now. My suppliers get it (they get the orders each week). I'm always debating how much I should talk about it.
