All these Dem attacks on DSA and other left-leaning orgs are happening because socialism is getting more popular and it terrifies the rich. They know their power depends on people believing in their empty promises, and they’d rather attack us instead of fighting for anything good

So, this week was weird. My boss passed away from a massive heart attack. He was a nice guy, although we didn't talk much. I wish I got to know him better and that I could have helped him more. I also finished a short story. One that I'm very proud of and will submit to a local pub. Life goes on.

a thing i think about often is how, 99.99% of the time, a guy like donald trump becomes an entry-level mob goon and gets murked or goes to prison because he can't stop running his mouth long before he ever advances, and the fluke of his family's wealth is why we're dealing with [waves arms wildly]

I know I was raised to "not speak ill of the dead". And for anyone else, any ordinary person, I agree. But when it comes to people who have done harm, people who held positions of power and used that power to inflict harm on others, they deserve no such charity.

I spoke with Senator McConnell for 20 minutes earlier today. Well, it wasn’t Senator McConnell. Well, it wasn’t human. Well, it was, in fact, a demon from one of the lowest pits of Hades. So, yeah, it was totally Mitch. He sounded fine. Dead, but otherwise fine.
