Trump is right! Someone did cut the Reflecting Pool! Lock him up! "National Park Service engineer even told federal investigators that 'he had personally cut loose liner or coating with a knife' to prevent the peeling from worsening." 1/2

One year from now, I don’t want to hear members of Congress acting shocked about the damage Todd Blanche does as the United States Attorney General. They know exactly what they’re voting for, and they had a chance to stop it. Consider them complicit because that’s what they are

This is how you white wash history. I watch January 6th live these terrorists tried to kill the vice president and anybody they could get their hands on. These are terrorists hiding behind the Christian flag and the church lets them. Historically churches vote with the KKK and Nazis.

Jeezus f**king Christ... In essence that ruling says that any time your side doesn't win an election, just ransack the capitol, and everything will be okay...

Here are some of the songs I've been listening to this summer. It starts with a song Michelle and I love by Glen Hansard, a great musician who passed tragically this week. Our hearts go out to his family.

One of the wildest things about this is that Virginia is home to the 2nd highest number of active-duty members of the military (after California). In 2024, the DoD estimated that 1 in 10 active duty military members was assigned to a service location in Virginia.

A table produced from the Active Duty Military Personnel file labeled number and percentage of the United States by state. A total of 1,102,273 active duty members are assigned to the 50 states and the District of Columbia. Mire than one half (54.7%) are located in six states (CA, VA, TX,NC,GA, FL) the table shows that California has the largest number of active duty living in the state followed by Virginia.

🏛️ TODAY: Republicans in Virginia want to disenfranchise overseas voters. A state court will hold a hearing on whether to dismiss the RNC’s lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of allowing overseas U.S. citizens to vote in Virginia elections.

"actual communists" kind of implicitly granting prior accusations were in bad faith? (one might wonder what that says about the current accusations, ofc, but nevertheless.)

I think one of the sad things about the current data center story cycle is the electric companies have effectively used "data center demand" to obscure that our main grid/supply/safety problems come from them letting the grid decay over the last two decades in unconscionable ways.

LA County confirmed that SoCal Edison's unused transmission tower started the Eaton Fire, which destroyed much of Altadena. The tower had been dormant since the 70's, but was left up anyway. It energized in the high wind and sent molten metal into dry brush underneath. www.cnn.com/2026/08/04/u...

Breaking news: The CDC is expanding the cyclosporiasis outbreak to 15 states, adding six states where illnesses have been traced to shredded iceberg lettuce sourced from central Mexico, according to individuals familiar with the investigation.

That’s a whole lotta Stupid in one photo. Except for Jessica Hockett, she’s just an old school Sociopath. The lies this bunch of assholes spread and the school district money they wasted cannot be underestimated. I’d love to send every last one of them a bill.
