NEW: Evidence filed in a Colorado case reveals how ICE officers are arresting people without a warrant, which is illegal unless ICE determines the person is a flight risk. A man was dragged from his car after ICE showed him a warrant for someone else and refused to check his ID to see his identity.

The Milo stuff is the perfect picture of fascism. You think you're protected because you go as big as you can on racism, you spend years harassing the movement's perceived enemies, you even disavow your own sexuality. They'll still throw you in a cage over the tiniest disagreement already forgotten.

Does no one else find this an unforgivably stupid question? Emissions reductions won't make a heat wave NOW survivable. Likewise, more homes can have AC, heat pumps while overall cutting greenhouse emissions. This isn't an "either/or", both are needed. www.theguardian.com/environment/...

Poll also finds sizeable majorities who believe it should be easier to install air con in homes

Okay, that's a whole lot of bullshit coming from Scott. First, inflation never hit 22% under Biden. It maxed out at 7% in 2021, falling to 6.5 the next year, then 3.4 and 2.9. It didn't even hit 22% cumulatively, don't know where he's getting that figure.

WELKER: Collins says Trump's Canada tariffs will increase costs on families. Is she right? SCOTT: Let's look back at Biden-- W: Wait. Trump has been in office for two years. Inflation was at 3% when Biden left office. It's at 3.4% right now. S: Joe Biden ... W: The Biden administration is over!

I've never seen such an effort to censor a document as I have the Amnesty International report on gender critical groups because of JK Rowling. They removed the report from the Wayback Machine and now I got a DMCA strike on my Google Drive for having it. It was deleted and removed from my account.

A screenshot of an email viewed in dark mode with the subject line "Google DMCA Violation." The email from Google informs the recipient that they have received a notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) that some of their materials allegedly infringe on copyrights. It explains the removal process, mentions that notice details will be posted on Lumen, warns against repeated violations, and lists one affected Google Drive URL at the bottomA nearly identical mobile browser screenshot of the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine. It shows a search for the same Amnesty International UK resources URL, resulting in the same message: "This URL has been excluded from the Wayback Machine."A mobile browser screenshot of the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine. Late on a Friday night, the kind of hour government agencies reserve for news they would rather not discuss, a nine-figure transaction appeared quietly in the federal procurement database. On August 7, 2026, the Department of Health and Human Services under the Trump administration obligated

I also want to add that every single time ICE has physically hurt me, they have grabbed me by my chest. Most of my femme friends have said the same. I will not be surprised if / when we find out about twisted sexual assaults conducted by ICE agents with these gloves.

Aaron Reichlin-Melnick@reichlinmelnick.bsky.social · 2w ago

Wow. Proponents of the ICE taser gloves are openly saying that one reason they love the gloves is that they doesn’t leave any marks or proof that they were used, making it harder for people to sue when they’re shocked excessively.

A new study shows that Medicare for All would save over 114,000 lives and over $1 trillion every year. The new research out of Yale shows that reductions in administrative overhead, lower pharmaceutical prices, less fraudulent billing, and fewer emergency care trips would lead to huge savings. /1
