dan sinker@dansinker.com · 4d agoThe best way to fight back against the Paramount/Warner Brothers merger is to support independent artists, journalists, writers, filmmakers, musicians and everyone else who has been walking a very hard path to putting things out into the world.
Just heard an interesting example of a shift in language usage. Young receptionist asking an older man if he had a phone number, or just a landline. She rephrased it a couple times and it was very clear she didn’t consider a landline to be a “phone”.
