Random depresso post. There was someone I wanted to do fanart for, a long time ago. I liked the look of their character, and I even had a piece in mind. Being told to just 'scroll through their tag' when asking for a reference... wasn't really fun.
Almost at 15k words on the fic. I'm estimating maybe 18k or so when it's done... getting close... its almost half as long as Wildflowers LOL

Look, I don't think we really needed to get rid of the race/gender specific character/relationship tags for GW2 on AO3. I really, really don't think we had to. I'm gonna have to manually copy/paste my tags in the future and it BUGS me big time. Was this ever actually an issue???

It's been 10 years today, and I still can't quite believe how long it's been, while sometimes feeling like it was just barely yesterday. You taught me a lot and were a great guy, and gave me my passion for fishing (both irl and in video games!) Love you lots and miss you tons, dad.

This has been an extremely well-spent Four Winds! I didn't get the drops I wanted via boxes, but considering I started the festival with 1k and managed to grab the Possesion infu, Lingering Darkness, the Castoran Raptor, Branded infu, and now Seer Transcendence... I'd say I did REALLY damn well

Me when I realise how reliant I've become on my background rain/thunder noises constantly playing to keep the brain demons at bay when I realise i've been getting extra irritable and been sitting in silence the whole time . _ .
A special kind of frustration is wanting to call someone out for the absolutely vile way they've treated someone you care about, but not wanting to drop the person you care about in that kind of drama :(
I like playing on my alt account in GW2 because I like being reminded how far I've come w/ what I have access to. I also hate playing on it because it reminds me how many people in this game are just outright assholes.
