Two things I’m terrible at drawing are mammals and chains. Of course just about EVERY encounter in Draw Steel’s “The Red Road” is with some kind of horrible mammal swinging a chain. Dear MCDM, please make your next adventure about reptiles that don’t have access to metal.

I loved this adventure! Ran it for coworkers at LAIKA. The short, episodic chapters were perfect for 2 hour, after work sessions. Even the companion soundtrack was fantastic for introducing certain chapters & NPCs! It’s a real shame spaceship rules were either nonexistent, bland or clunky.

Best of Spelljammer Light of Xaryxis! An adventure crafted to feel like an old sci-fi TV show? Here's how it captures the classic Spelljammer setting. Listen or watch: masteringdungeons.podbean.com www.youtube.com/watch?v=ELRl... #DnD #TTRPG #Spelljammer

Shawn looks on as Teos holds up a gargantuan Neothilid miniature from the Spelljammer line. The cover of the Xaryxis adventure is superimposed between them, showing Prince Xeleth and his solar dragon.
