I always hate having to reiterate this, but no one is "too big" at pshq. If someone is being a problem let one of the staff members know at our events. We are there to moderate so that you can have a good time at the event, not feel anxiety and stress about coming to our events.
I don’t get into personal stuff on here much but if I’m being honest, my grandad passing has affected me greatly. I have been trying to, but its difficult to be there for others. Sorry if I’ve come across as aloof or irritable recently. I’m trying my hardest to get through it and be present.
Exactly this. Be prepared to be unliked and kept at an arms length for some decisions. Or for how you go about taking out the trash. Those that agree in principal may still judge for how you handle situations regardless of their own capacity to moderate a community. But this is what keeps us safe.

I think it's important to remember the memories made are with each other. You as individuals are what have made a space and your experience amazing. Don't give power to a single individual to ruin that. Love eachother. Support eachother. And keep eachother accountable
