Notre-Dame cathedral is now open on its regular schedule: Mon-Fri 7.45am-7pm / 10pm Thurs Sat-Sun 8.15am-7.30pm The Crown of thorns is visible 3-5pm each Friday from Jan10 until Apr18. From Apr18, each first Friday of the month. Book a free ticket up to 2 days ahead if you want to skip the line.
