I am yet to be convinced that perfectionism does anything else for creatives than makes them and the people around them feel miserable in various ways and to various degrees.
Went to Ikea yesterday for the first time in ages and i found it legitimately very hard to keep reminding myself that buying new sheets when you have holes in all of your old ones is not frivolous but in fact sensible and exactly the kind of thing savings should be spent on. But ahhhh!!
Any artist here have good advice for affordable but nice looking portfolio websites? I have been using squarespace for a few years now and while it is nice i can’t really justify the cost. I also can’t code at all.😅 what do you guys use?

The cover for S.B.Barnes’ final book in her minor penalties series has been released!! This was genuinely such a wondeful series to work on, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have been the person chosen for it!! Also go read these books they’re so fun🏒
Been reading a lot more recently and have thus been saving some quotes from the books I have really liked also. Apparently goodreads has a section where you can see what tags the quotes you like have been saved under and mine are um…well. I feel exposed…
