NiallCollins TD told RTE today - "that there has been no law, regulation, condition of licence or EU sanction has been broken by the Aughinish plant". Not true.They leaked over 500k litres of an extremely alkaline substance into the Shannon at one stage and were fined for it.

This is shocking. At an EU Foreign Affairs Committee meeting, Lynn Boylan lamented that it was “a pity we can’t use our own language.” When it was pointed out that she could, in fact, speak Irish, she backtracked almost instantly: "I wasn’t prepared, so I’ll use English."

The Social Democrats, are refusing to say if they paid damages to Alan Shatter. Which means if they did, it was you and I paid for their malicious stupidity. If that was any other party they'd on their soapbox demanding transparency.
