If you saw all stuff regarding vendors, fill thud out. It's a little long, but it's important. Don't be a dick, but firmly state in "what went poorly" what was not ok and what must be fixed. Make sure things are actionable (don't just say something was bad, say what action made it bad).

My roomlord went to FWA and said people talked about me at a TF meet up. All I can say is how dare my existence be acknowledged. I am outraged. (one day I'll make it to a con. alas I am but a poor artist)
