I have Nu Shooz playing on loop in my head, seemingly unprovoked. Related: my employer is hosting a health and wellness fair today.
From what I can tell, Boomers and Gen X can't stop making AI-generated images, Millenials can't stop talking to AI chat bots, and Gen Z and Alpha want nothing to do with any of it. Unfortunately for the younger generations, I fear we can't put this genie back in the bottle.

I expect both of these to jump noticably over the next 48 hours. diesel could hit $6.60/gal in a few days, surpassing the inflation-adjusted peak seen in 2022.

I know this isn't the point, but few truck drivers work 40-hour weeks. They typically work 50-70 hours a week, away from home weeks at a time, many of whom can earn less than $50k ... then they pay an 8% federal income tax rate.

If you run a food truck and the photos on your menu are clearly AI-generated, I'm moving on and picking up a roller at a gas station. At least I know what I'm getting there. AI should supplement, NOT REPLACE, work. Take a picture of your food and let AI generate a menu around that.
