Friend sent for mandatory Resilience training. Had to gently explain that this only happens when your employer is about to totally screw you over but wants to make your complaints seem down to your personality weaknesses.

I think the problem is this is one of those topics that has become heavily Right-coded. We should all be worrying *a lot* about falling birthrates even if I get why people don't want to be seen to be adjacent to frothers yelling about White Genocide and bringing back tradwifes
