On Monday, journalists at the AFP offices in Istanbul, Türkiye, will strike for a pay rise as wages haven’t kept up with Türkiye’s double-digit inflation rate. The journalists and their union @tgs.org.tr are demanding a real wage increase as inflation has reached at least 32.6 per cent.
