We need a term for someone who is unhelpful by being helpful. Like someone who puts away dishes that another got out to use. Because they exist and they is me.

Had a chance to check out the new "St Catherine's Woods" park north of Victoria Station today. Definitely nice but undeveloped, with lots of future space for amenities, playgrounds, and of course, housing.
