Welcome to the public domain, UN CHIEN ANDALOU (1929), the surrealist short from Luis Buñuel & Salvador Dalí that shocked cinema with dream logic, stark imagery & one gruesome eyeball. More. ➡️ blog.archive.org/2025/01/01/w... #PublicDomain #InternetArchive
I just completed "Historian Hysteria" - Day 1 - Advent of Code 2024 #AdventOfCode adventofcode.com/2024/day/1 This is actually kind of fun, I had never done code like this like playing with numbers and not interacting with apis lmao. Also is very easy (for now), lets see how it gets
It would be so cool if bluesky formatted timestamps, like discord does. It's one of the few discord features I really like
the more I learn about cryptography the more I think Alice and Bob should probably just talk in person
Immich is actually great, I don't know why I hadn't set up it before. I thought that the images get thrown at a database, but no its a customizable great file/directory based system. If I want to take selfhosting seriously I *need* to do backups, but that means buying drives/cloud storage :/
Oh, I thought likes here were public. Tbh I would prefer it. I don't usually ever look at people's likes but I like the idea of a social media app in which every meaningful interaction is public.
@wukko.me have you seen this? It looks kinda cursed, it's like a cobalt android app FetchIt (FetchIt is an Android app that lets you download media files from YouTube, Twitt) f-droid.org/packages/com...
