At this year’s Ukraine Recovery Conference #URC26, @ec.europa.eu proves once again that our support for 🇺🇦 is concrete and steadfast. ✅️We are disbursing the first €3.2 billion instalment of the Ukraine Support Loan after the country completed various conditions, notably to mobilise domestic revenue.

As Russia's war of aggression in 🇺🇦 is increasingly also felt in the EU's Eastern Member States via hybrid attacks, disinformation campaigns and drone incursions, today we propose a strong package of further 🇪🇺 financial, energy and trade #sanctions, and other measures. Now we need swift adoption.
