🟢 After the earthquake, Venezuela's main ISPs (including state-owned CANTV) partially lifted the nearly 2-year block on X. On some networks images and videos still won't load, since some of X's domains remain blocked. Is critical that citizens can stay informed and connected during this emergency.

This statement by @nytimes is factually incorrect. The vast majority of Caracas residents didn't lose power on January 3rd, not even "for a few minutes". This can be verified through publicly available data, videos of the attack, and testimonies from people on the ground. 🧵
