Infantino’s biographer and official spokesperson remains on board, proving himself more royalist than the king. In a second post today, he cited an article from Milano Finanza that staunchly defends #Infantino, written by the well-known Paolo Zampolli, one of Trump’s many loyal foot soldiers.

"We cannot keep going on like this with secret schemes on fast track timescales, cooked up by faceless individuals and of dubious benefit to the game. We must identify those responsible and hold them to account." This is wild! ❤️

UEFA declares it no longer has confidence in Infantino and calls upon other FIFA members to rally: this is the first step towards the end of the current presidency.

"The 2030 World Cup in Morocco will be the best of all time because it will be here in Morocco." 🇲🇦 That's what #Infantino said yesterday in Morocco while celebrating the anniversary of King Mohammed VI's coronation. He forgot to mention that the World Cup will also be held in Portugal and Spain. 👇

It is important to emphasize one thing: everything we are witnessing is due to the fact that journalists investigated and exposed this scandal regarding Infantino’s plan, beating him to the punch. Serious, free journalism creates a serious, free society.

UEFA member associations have agreed to boycott the men's and women's World Cups (next year) due to the Infantino Plan. 55 out of 55 votes. The Czech Republic had expressed opposition yesterday but changed its mind today.

It is time to show some backbone, at least on this issue. And my Italian colleagues at today's press conference really ought to ask Malagò where he stands in this all-important battle against Infantino - a matter that is somewhat more significant than the problems facing our national team.

UEFA and European federations are threatening to boycott the World Cup in opposition to Infantino's plan, which aims to transform the event into a company in order to sell shares to private investors (close to Trump). 👇

This latest heavy-handed move by Infantino stems essentially from one reason: he knows he risks not being re-elected FIFA president or, worse, facing an investigation in the United States before the end of the year.
