Good Q. It varies but assuming it's solo or duo OC: 1. frame, 2. blocking in the general body positions, torsos, and large limbs, 3. detail on the focal point, whether it's face, hands, connection of the subject(s), etc., 4. expressions (might get lumped in with 3), 5. lighting, 6. shader #wolqotd
