Since it's EX Rondo's anniversary, earlier I used one of his concepts to draw a summer Leon. The whole concept sheet is definitely more Leon coded than it is Rondo coded, literally it's all in the face, and the somewhat pirate design Hopefully one of these days I draw/com some Summer Elleon art.

Rondo EX was announced when I was out of town & offline, so he was a wonderful, unexpected surprise when I got back! And I got the honor of drawing my favorite traveler for PPA! I love that he surfs on his shield to keep beachgoers safe. I had to pity him, but it was well worth it!
