We are building archiving tools into @venuecms.com — testing for real adding things from the @edition-festival.com archive. listening again now to a super recording from Annea Lockwood with @orenambarchi.bsky.social, crys cole and @sarahhennies.bsky.social from the fourth edition in 2019.

We just rebuilt our search from the ground up to be much more tuned for performing arts. Results are looking good! We were using an external platform for search prior and realized it wasn't tuned enough for the type of arts data on Venue. #venuecms #performingarts

Working on a second minimal starter template for sites connected to Venue CMS

I love seeing all the new alternatives popping up for Bandcamp and Facebook Events.. but really hoping we can push for them being based in open data principles (otherwise they risk becoming silos again and disappearing or being sold off like Bandcamp). #opendata #bandcamp
