Update 2: Things have seemingly gotten less volatile at home, but that doesn’t mean we’re not looking for a new place anymore. It’s just less frantic and haphazard now. Most places here are 1k just for rent alone and while that shouldn’t be an issue, maybe, it is.

Update: Super grateful for everyone who pitched in so far. We found one place that has decently cheap rent for what they’re offering ($1.1k/month), but we have to apply for it within the month before the special ends. A bit of help to cover some of the initial cost would be really cool.
