Eu acho que uma coisa que o Brasil poderia adotar do Reino Unido é o conceito de Shadow Minister. Pra cada Ministro (Educação, Saúde, etc) a oposição aponta UM porta voz pra fazer o contraditório e criticar o trabalho do Governo. Muito mais organizado.
Obviamente não querem que a investigação do Lulinha saia do STF porque no segundo que for pra 1a instância vai ser declarada improcedente por absoluta falta de provas. Toda vez que o Lula é candidato acontece a mesma merda.
