Fire Emblem isn't known for it's great horses, they rarely have names. Fortune's Weave fixed that and have us the greatest horse ever in Bucephalus

If you're a fan of Three Houses and were waiting for a game to sell you on a Switch 2, Fortune's Weave is really it. It's not a perfect game but it gives you so much to do you can go without another switch 2 for a long time. I'm 70-80 hours in and have only done two paths and not the second half

Almost done with Expedition 33, it's definitely among the classics of the genre. It's difficult to imagine an end of the decade list without it. The level of effort and artistry it has we just don't get a lot of anymore.

I like that the series takes big swings in its art direction. It's neat that from Wind Waker to Twilight Princess on the same console they did two extremely different art styles because those suited the game they were making better. They weren't worried about the series losing visual identity.

People have been complaining and talking about how Zelda games looks since like Wind Waker, i'm tired of the discourse about it. OOT looks fine and in 5-10 years people will complain when the next cartoony looking Zelda comes out

I gave civ 7 a chance since it is free this week. I don't see this game reaching a state where I would want to buy and play it. It's like a worse Civ 6 filled with game design choices that feel like I'm playing a mobile game by a AAA dev.

Got around to watching the first two episodes of the 2nd season of Crowd Control. You can tell they saw criticism of how it was edited and gave things more room to breathe. It's already a big improvement over last season but still suffers from the feeling it was made in lab.

The new spiderman is really good. It's like someone at Sony finally read a spiderman comic or looked at any of the million spiderman adaptations, and understood the appeal of the character. Could have done without the use of casual mass surveillance and sitting in a dark room talking to AI
