Austin police killed a 17-year-old Black child who called 911 while in distress. Three cops fired more than 20 rounds, killing him, because they thought he had a gun. It was a water bottle. The child was unarmed. Austin PD is calling it "suicide by cop." No, it's murder in cold blood by cop. 1/2
