A little update and some context: We looked at a place but it didn't work out. That means we have to go for a regular rent arrangement now— meaning paying not only a deposit but also several months of rent in advance, for an estimated total of 1k. So please keep sharing.

hey all, sorry as always to keep asking for help. i work 100% commission, which means my checks vary a lot. i'm the sole support for myself, my wife, and our senior cat while we are homeless.

tomorrow's check is particularly bad (426) and won't cover rent (496). we also have two credit card payments due (30 on 8/18 which is on our most used line + a very late 403 on 8/15 which we would love to pay ANYTHING of) and one credit card overdrawn, so we have really no wiggle room at this point after relying on credit for transport for a few weeks. we also have not been able to go to the pharmacy and need to pick up my birth control and my wife's testosterone + psych meds (probably about 150 total) very badly. i will also need transport to work.

MINIMUM FIRST GOAL: RENT + USABLE CC (100)

hey all, sorry as always to keep asking for help. we're exiting the slow months at work and should be a little better prepared going forward, but as a reminder, i work 100% commission and sales have been WAY down for the past two months, and i'm the sole support for myself, my wife, and our senior cat while we are homeless.

this check will let us pay our weekly rent (which has been raised 50 dollars + we will likely owe an additional 50 dollars because of the hotel's own broken payment system) and then we will have nothing left over. i have to get to work and we could really use some groceries too. i'm listing all of these goals in order of urgency and will update the numbers in my post as goals are met.
