My name's Ben and I'm a Wakeyholic.
This one's a bit less subtle. 19yo daughter says that me and OH are too immature to come to Sweden.
Are there any highway junction nerds out there? It's certainly interesting driving through Germany and Scandinavia to see some of the junctions they use. I drove through this diverging diamond the other day.
I've driven over 1800km to Båstad Sweden, mainly for funny names like this:
Really disappointed with this fish butty in Copenhagen.
It's actually surprisingly gritty Copenhagen. It definitely feels "lived in". You'll be ordering a smoked salmon and flax seed on ancient grain sourdough for £45, right next to a tramp vomiting in a bin. A real juxtaposition.
Bremen in the morning. Looks a bit like Wakefield Town Hall to me.
Accidentally plumbed "Bruges" into the Sat Nav instead of the Air BnB. If it hadn't have been for the massive red car signs, implying do not enter, we'd have been parked slap bang in the middle of Grand-Place with a hefty fine on the way.
Wakefield is technically a liquid, and over the past 200 years has run approximately 3 metres further south (due to south being downhill). #WakeyPedia
A man tried to sell me a mattress out of the back of his van while I was walking the dog this morning.
I remember the good old days, when my grandparents used to take me t' local pub and I'd order the old pub classic "Rainbow Grain Salad".
NO Florence, it's NOT always darkest before the dawn.
Just got a new washing machine and the OH has just connected it to the WiFi.
Ad: WakeyCorp present, new Protein Wakefield. Like the old Wakefield, but now contains 89 grams of protein.
The Google Photo heat map is a cool feature, but I couldn't work out why there was a blob in some random place in China...
Employee survey question:”Would you recommend working at ******* to your friends?” ME:”No, I’d like to keep them as friends thanks.”
How to pack teabags for a trip away. Number of days X Number of people X 4 cups a day X 50
You've got to hand it to the new Reform Councillors. At Wakefield's Love Music Hate Racism event last night, lesser Councillors would have sent their drones to disrupt the event, but our payrolled racists weren't afraid to get their hands dirty and get themselves photographed at the event...
As much as I like the beautiful shoreline of Pugney's Lake in Wakefield, nothing really beats the East Coast of Yorkshire.

I keep seeing fonts in this style on AI generated posters. Not sure if it's got a name, but it's a dead giveaway. Usually accompanied by very busy graphics.
