Got my hands on an old MacBook Pro with a busted screen, to be wiped and recycled. I removed the screen and it works perfectly well. Even has decent specs too! I have no idea what I'm doing on a Mac, but I've learned a bunch about how absurd the price of their tech and accessories are...
