Sorry for dipping for a bit, I'll admit it's not uncommon - I occasionally socialise beyond capacity & then a day or 2 turns into a month 😅 I have discovered that I have severe sleep apnoea along with my adhd & tonight will make it my first week with a cpap machine! It helping & I'm so glad 😭🎉
