Mystery Booster Commander Edition Legends Thread! While Nivea isn't technically Akroma (instead, Akroma is made in her image), she does create an Akroma token, which I've previously counted. This will make Akroma's 4th card (5th if you count Karona, more on her later).

Nivea, Beloved Battlemage
{2}{W}
Legendary Creature — Human Wizard Warrior

Whenever a creature you control becomes blocked, you may untap it and remove it from combat.

{5}{W}{W}{W}, Sacrifice Nivea: Create an Akroma, Angel of Wrath token. (She’s a {5}{W}{W}{W} legendary 6/6 Angel creature with flying, first strike, vigilance, trample, haste, and protection from black and from red.)

Flying, first strike, vigilance, trample

At the beginning of each combat, until end of turn, each other creature you control gets +1/+1 if it has flying, +1/+1 if it has first strike, and so on for double strike, deathtouch, haste, hexproof, indestructible, lifelink, menace, protection, reach, trample, vigilance, and partner.

Vintage Magic the Gathering art! What a surprise to learn that an unpublished oldie for Magic finally gets a release! There are a couple more in their archive that have yet to see the light of day, so you never know.🤞

I guess now is a good time to note that this change was planned a while back? Homarid -> Lobster is a good change, in keeping with how other animalfolk are typed. It'll also make it easier to get new Homarids in the future, IMO.

Ragost, Deft Gastronaut
{R}{W}
Legendary Creature — Lobster Citizen

Artifacts you control are Foods in addition to their other types and have “{2}, {T}, Sacrifice this artifact: You gain 3 life.”

{1}, {T}, Sacrifice a Food: Ragost deals 3 damage to each opponent.

At the beginning of each end step, if you gained life this turn, untap Ragost.

Grizzlegom is a great reference. He's the minotaur general that leads the Alliance, the united Dominarian army against the original Phyrexian Invasion. He's easily mistaken for Tahngarth, the other famous Dominarian minotaur.

Target opponent loses 2 life for each Swamp you control. Last Stand deals damage to target creature equal to the number of Mountains you control. Create a 1/1 green Saproling creature token for each Forest you control. You gain 2 life for each Plains you control. Draw a card for each Island you control, then discard that many cards.
