I read the notes from every day of the trial, and the state refused to consider defense of self or others despite the injured officer admitting several times under oath that they are trained to only draw on people they intend to shoot.
the best chance the Prairieland anti-ICE protesters have is that we keep their names and their case on our lips as we eventually move to a post-Trump era, that we fight for their pardon as an essential part of departing from fascism.
