I think at the extreme, artistry at all cost is to manifest your vision, process be damned craftsmanship at all cost, is a beautiful gem you spent ages polishing, but will never finish creativity at all cost is a fascinating philosophical exercise in problem solving, but with nothing to show for

Whole family is watching one piece on netflix! Fun to get to relive the first chapters with them, like 10 years after i read / watched it myself

Recently my wrists have been hurting and I’ve been advised to spend less time before my computer… sometimes this just leaves me with absolutely nothing to do. All my hobbies require the computer…

Kinda sick of the ”AI will replace everything” movement. I use it everyday for coding and getting something close to what you need is super easy, and this is where the hype is coming from. But getting exactly what you want is still a real skill, and unless the models start reading your mind…

Arguments with my brother sometimes feels like talking to ai, where the system propmt is ”push back on any concrete statment” and with a context window so small that 4 messages in they cannot answer what the inital statement was.

Ported an old 5 min text-game i did for university a few years back to react native, so that i can run it on web. AI really makes porting stuff so fast. Had to add some sounds and stuff too of course…

I’ve realized todo apps have sensitive information… i guess i will have to learn how to do end-to-end encryption… Magic link + end-to-end might be fun ;)

Last few days i’ve vibe coded a todo app, almost done now. I think it looks pretty good already! Just some final touches and getting it launched.

During Christmas i did manage to set up a monorepo with pnpm. It’s so nice being able to switch between projects instantly, it now feels more cohesive! And that’s before even using the main code sharing benefits!

After 3 days of struggeling, I think I might have fixed my expo mono-repo. This was not fun... But I thinkkkk it works. Please work.

I want to make a mono-repo out of my expo projects. What package manager should i use?? I want something that has the highest chance of working out of the box. pnpm? Bun? yarn?

I think iOS 26 has bricked my react native app. Gestures are just… broken and i’m already on the latest react-native-gesture-handler ….
