The 6am commute to work is somehow the best source of inspiration for campaigns/events. I don't make up the rules.
While I detest certain elements of Midnight, I really cannot get myself to be riled up over it. Perhaps it is the DM in me, for I'm simply too dissociated with the main story. The best storylines are more often than not those we create together with our mutuals.
I detest Twitter/Xitter. Now we cannot even message the artists we intent to commission.
Windrunner drama revolving around Arator jumping in front of Turalyons (already swinging) sword like its some devastating betrayal tearing the family apart is so hard to take seriously. They keep acting like Turalyon was lashing out in blind wrath but like, Arator did it to himself lol
While I didn't get a chance to participate in the Hall of Fame due to ordinary work hours. I'm glad to have achieved it as Havoc in the first week before reset. It still feels terrible to be barred from participation as a working adult. But it is what it is.
I'll love to jump in here with a deep philosophical debate about sacrifices and relentless pursuits driven by vengeance. But really it was the Double Jump and Glide. Yes, it was the gameplay. I fell in love with Demon Hunters after the fact.

Is it their aesthetic? The story potential or because is the "immoral" class. The reason may varied.

I cannot express how happy it makes me when relevant NPC's refer to me as "Slayer" rather than the generic "Champion" It's fantastic attention to detail, and it makes the game feel more like a RPG. Midnight and Silvermoon has been an incredibly strong start thus far.
I will admit. I am shocked to see that Warrior isn't higher from my time back in vanilla & tbc. But I do suppose it accurately showcases how I've switched my main character over the years 😅
At the start of the year I sorted out a gift. I am reworking my main RP character, and worked with the wonderful and talented @gaallo.bsky.social to create what has become one my favorite pieces of art.
The fact that bsky wont let me send this in dms is a crime
One example is the Glide wings. They range in 5 styles with 7 colors, totalling to 35 potential Glide wing options. Additionally, they have a "resting" animation, meaning they could appear on the character while idle (or even permanently).

Currently you have racial wings and then glyphs for Fallow, Fel, and Tattered wings (variants Yellow C, Green B, and Red D) There are tons of unused wing styles and colors. (3/5)
