#Aurawra had such a lovely theme this year. The Solarpunk ethos fits so well with this fandom and the staff, volunteers, presenters, guests and attendees embodied the hell out of it. The community feels more developed and rich every year and that makes me so happy.

I didn't end up having much to contribute to the fireworks this year, but it was a huge privilege to have some involvement and it was wonderful seeing how excited and diligent the group were in putting together something really special. Well done :3

Furdu was really good this year, got quite a few photos to work through now and a bunch of film to develop. Spent a large portion of the weekend just spending time talking to new and old faces though. Nice to take a break from the world for a bit and hang out with a bunch of critters.
