Boy howdy do I love it when the "clients" at work take a ticket I closed a week ago, put it back to "In Progress" (where I can't see it in my "To Do" Queue), and put in 5 big comments all mad because I gave them exactly what they asked for. So great.

This is inhumane and unacceptable. And how were these workers thanked for enduring these conditions? Many were laid off. This is why we're organizing. A better industry is both possible and must come to pass if our artform and dignity are to survive.
