When a president dies, especially in office, it's a moment when an entire nation stops and comes together as one people in the wake of a momentous event. Thr death of Trump will be no different. We shall all come together, but in celebration that the low IQ pedophile traitor is finally dead.
Trump et al will try to rig 2026 using every trick. Vote, yes, but I'm curious what happens If they keep power and the results don't make sense? If, like 2024, there's a refusal to push recounts? If the media says to shut up and accept it. Do we obey and look to 2028 or do we do something?
A reminder that the only way anything changes is if we do things differently. If we keep choosing the same representatives who have failed over multiple terms to enact positive change, then you're just going to continue to see the same outcomes. More desperation, division and neglect.
One of the problems with a 2 party system in the US is you have a far right party, a center right party and that's it. You don't have a center left or further left party at all. You don't have a party that truly represents the people, that serves the people and feels beholden to the people.
My financial advisor sent me an email saying per BLS, unemployment is down, new jobs are up so the economy is looking better and we should expect markets to go up. Then I remembered how Trump fired the head of BLS for reporting unflattering numbers last year and wondered why anyone would trust it.
Something many failed empires have in common is on their decline, they tend to spend absurd wealth on military endeavors and padding the pockets of the wealthy while neglecting the nation and its people. Look it up. British, Romans, Mongol, Spanish, Ottoman and so on. Everytime. Sound familiar?
If it ever came out that Trump molested Ivanka when she was a child, I wouldn't be the slightest bit surprised.

You have an armed military like force on American streets, kidnapping and murdering American citizens and legal residents. How can you live your life head down as if everything is normal? How can you ignore the deterioration of your society? How are you not in the street EVERY day?
If the point of your actions and policies is to frighten people and inflict terror upon them then by definition you are a terrorist. We have terrorists running the government. They should be dealt with in the same manner as any terrorist who poses a threat to society.

It's not a coincidence that Trump and his treasonous ilk are using words like insurrection and calling Democrats radical terrorists. It lays the groundwork for the next step. If you're still operating under the assumption that "it can't happen here or to me," you're in for a nasty wake-up call.
There may be thousands of proud boys ICE, but theres millions of us. At some point, we're gonna have to stand up, stand together, and fight back. No one is coming to save you. It's up to us to save ourselves together. There's more of us than there are of them. Organize and push back. It's time.

Yes. Maxwell will tell Congress whatever Trump tells her to say in exchange for a pardon. It won't matter that she's committing congressional perjury. The pardon will cover that. She'll say Trump had nothing to do with it. He barely even knew Epstein and will give a list of Dems who were clients.
I just watched Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny last night, and I came away with 2 conclusions. 1. Odd numbered Indiana Jones movies are the better ones. 2. I miss that nostalgic time in our history when Nazis were bad and we fought them rather than allowing them to run muck and cause havoc.
