NEW: The LAPD announced just became the largest police department in the country to drop its Flock contract. This came after an audit found that, in a two-month period, the LAPD improperly "investigated" 161 people whose cars were flagged as stolen in their ALPR system but were not actually stolen.

I was on a prank phone call with an old man named Mitch McConnell. He stayed on the phone for a long time, maybe 20 minutes. We heard heavy breathing when I described the fall fashions on the runways in Paris. I don't know why he called me.
