A civil society initiative that conducts research and analysis on harms from and practices of explosive weapon use in populated areas for the International Network for Explosive Weapons.
The use of #EWIPA had severe consequences for water systems in 2025. Insecurity Insight recorded 87 incidents in which #explosiveweapons damaged water infrastructure and affected civilian access to safe drinking water in 15 countries and territories. ➡️ bit.ly/EWM-2025
