Last night, Women in Sport Aotearoa, alongside InsideOut and the Clare Foundation launched a new toolkit for community sports providers to support the participation of transgender and nonbinary people in sport. Filling the gap created by the deletion of the previous guidance by the Minister of Sport

On Friday I'll likely find out when the trial date is for my harasser's latest charges, and the charges that returned after she failed her diversion. It would be really great to have BIG support in and around the court room for the day of the trial. Last time they packed the court room with TERFs.

Submissions on the HRA will be heard after the lunch break today. The Human Rights Commission will address the court.

Day two kicks off at 10. Today we're likely to get into the discrimination arm of the case and thus the matter of sex in the HRA. After lunch the Crown begins their response.

There’s lots more room in court today if you want to join us to support PATHA. Their lawyers and the Human Rights Commission will be up until afternoon tea, then the Crown presents. Lunch is usually 1.15pm-2.15pm
