Characters with the ability can be played on top of a card with the same name already on the field by paying the required Level Up cost. This allows them to evolve into more powerful characters"

Happy Tifa Tuesday! Ft. Amano's art on the TCG, I love how the Chapters version (JPN only, now defunct) has more space for the art. The one from Opus XXIX is the first time we have this art in the west. It took a long time ahah, but it's beautiful 😍.

Selfishly I have a sort of ‘fine, do it bro’ attitude about this because, frankly, I could sustain myself for decades just playing games in my backlog, many of which I still own physically. If I never buy a new AAA game in my life, it’s convenient, if anything. Just give me the excuse, chief.
