I'm serious about adding beans to my diet. Here are beans, tomatoes, greens, sundried tomatoes, shredded chicken and goat cheese. Accompanied by bread w garlic butter. Read the book "A Well-lived Life" by Gladys McGarey and it did a good job of reminding me that my health is my responsibility.

The Republican Party’s war with Iran has cost us $155 Billion so far. Fuel prices are skyrocketing. Inflation is high. Imagine how better America would be if we’d have invested $155 Billion into Clean Energy so we aren’t beholden to the Oil & Gas Industry or the radicals who control Middle East oil.

Trying to eat more beans (I understand they're good for my heart...) I opened up one regular sized (15.5 oz) can of white beans. Each can contains 3.5 servings!!!! This lunch I just prepared represents 2+ servings. What are we even doing anymore?
